Home is everything to us—it’s where life happens, where family and friends gather, and where memories are made with those you love-even if they are the ones that travel to visit with us! 

We love welcoming people into our home, sharing our newest projects and ideas, pointing out every new flower that sprung or vegetable that sprouted in our garden, to introducing them to our latest obsession-bee keeping!

It was a difficult decision for us to move to Amelia Island in 2020, leaving our family and friends behind.... but we knew instantly, that we had found home. From the ocean breeze to the winding oak-lined streets and the downtown Amelia vibe, this island captured our hearts. We cherish every moment of island living and love sharing it with those we care about. Our family and friends love Keith's "Island tours" when they visit and entertain the idea as if they haven't experienced it each and every time.

How INIS Home Group Began

The idea for INIS Home Group started with those same people, our family and friends...

With a  simple invitation from close friends to join them for a  weekend trip at their "managed" vacation home we were met with many overlooked details that disrupted our excitement.

 With over 30 years of engineering experience, Keith has an expert understanding of all home systems-from HVAC, plumbing, electrical to appliances and structural integrity. Coupled with my passion for everything home and comfort-we jumped into action and helped get everything in order. They asked if we would ensure their home felt like this every time they arrived....

And with that, our business was born.
